E careful not to pay any money upfront!!

I decided to use this company because of their proximity to my residence. My believe that this would result in good and prompt service was shattered as soon as I paid them upfront for glazing to be done at my home. After numerous calls and weeks of waiting, I was told by Billy le Roux that he won't be doing my work anymore and would refund me my money. No chance. Since then he's been giving me nothing but empty promises.

Had I not paid him upfront, none of this would've happened.

I regret ever getting involved with this company.
