Don't ever use this company

Mimula was contracted to install aluminium windows in my home as part of renovations. A year and a half later, the job is still incomplete and moreso, what has been done is incredibly poor quality and is already falling apart (rubber and window handles are falling off). After months of empty promises, Billy Le Roux has flat out refused to complete the job or fix the snags. He has no care for customer service and I have now decided to instigate a legal process against him. And based on other complaints, it seems I'm not the first to be cheated by Billy Le Roux.
