Worst service eve

I would like to complain about the service received from the Builders Warehouse in Strubens Valley.

They were running a promotion on their Weber braais. As they only had 30 in stock, I phone on Saturday (18 May 2013) morning early and requested that they keep one aside for me. I explained to the employee that I was not able to come in over the weekend to collect the Weber braai and he assured me that he would keep one aside for me and that I could collect it during the following week. The employee took down my name and number as well. The man I spoke to said that when I come to the store I must speak to Nathi.

When I went to collect the Weber on Wednesday (22 May 2013) I was told by Nathi that they sold all the Weber's. That after my name, telephone number etc. was taken down and I was assured that one would be kept aside for me.

I spoke to Cliffie (the manager) and he told me that they would arrange for a Weber braai to be transferred from the Northgate branch (which is a mere 15 min drive from their store) to their branch. I have phoned 3 times already and they have still not got the weber braai for me. They haven't contacted me once!!!

The service is pathetic.
