Perfect Fit Glass & Aluminium

My patio door had a crack and phoned our insurance to fix or replace. They refuted the claim due to 'Wear and tear'. They referred me to a contractor who they usually use. I have paid them upfront as I thought they are a reputable company and because Discovery Insure uses them. I have paid him 4 weeks ago and week after week he had excuses. Since last week there is no answer to any of his contact details and it is clear that he is avoiding me. I have sent numerous emails for my money back and still no response. He leaves me no choice but to warn others not to use this company as it is clear that they are.
