On the 30/05/2013 I bought a few items at the Montague gardens branch and wanted them delivered in Sweetwaters just outside King William's Town. I was serviced by Brian. After paying for the items I noticed the items ordered are not the exact items I wanted and was then told that the King Williams Town branch doesn't have the same stock as the one her in Cape Town because they have different suppliers which I failed to understand but accepted as I already paid and wanted the door A.S.A.P. I enqired about delivery and was told it would be done when the money reflects in the King William's Town branch. It is now the 22/05/2013 and they haven't delivered. I have been calling the Branch everyday for the last week about delivery and that still has not been done. Today I called and requested for Lwazi who I have been dealing with but the call keeps getting dropped. I feel cheated out of my money here and would like to be refunded if the company cannot deliver in 48 hours as they promise.
