The order was delivered late and was incorrect

I placed an order at Nando's King William's Town store at 20:32 on Saturday 25 January. At 21:00 when the delivery had not arrived I called again to enquire, and I was told my order was leaving the store. At 21:34, I was told its leaving the store and will arrive in 5mins. When it arrived, I was given a Coke instead of Stoney that I ordered, and the food was cold. If I had been dealing with one person, I would think it is that person's service that is bad, but it is clear to me that is the whole store. Do we not deserve the best service, because we are in small town?
