Debonairs Pizza
Shocking Service once again from Debonairs!

On Friday 15/11/2013 @ 18:36 we placed an order for 2 Large Four Seasons Pizza's. This order was placed on behalf of guest staying in our guest house.
We were advised by Debonairs King William's Town the waiting time is about one hour and twenty minutes (80 min); I advised my clients, and they were happy to wait. At 19:58 I phoned Debonairs again to get an update, as my guests were getting impatient. I was advised that the driver "Just left for your house", this trip should take about 3 min. At 20:36 we still had no delivery, yet very unhappy guests. I phoned again and no-one seems to know about the order. Your driver arrived at 20:58... Two hours and twenty minutes later! Needless to say we sent the driver back as my clients got in their vehicle went off to KFC to get food.
We will be removing all Debonairs menu's from our guest rooms, accordingly I'll advise my staff "under no circumstances do you recommend / refer our guests to Debonairs King William's Town" I logged a complaint on Friday to the Head office on their website, but we have had no response from them, only Managers from the Branch with the response: "I'm sorry"! Seriously?
