COMMENTS: CONCRETE PRE-CAST WALLING
1. Scope:
Beton-Lab cc was approached by Mr. J. Oelofse regarding the quality of concrete pre-cast walling erected at his residence. The main problem was identified as discoloration (rust) marks and pop-outs in the walls erected. It is understood that the walls were erected approximately three years ago. A small sample taken out of one of the wall panels was sent to the laboratory together with photographic evidence of the walls as they stand in-situ.

Assessment of the sample received and photographs: In assessing the sample received, although only a small quantity sent, the following could be observed:
