Claims the classy crete wall stands test of time

I had my pre-cast walls done in August of 2006 and paid R60 000.00. The wall all outside is cracking and falling apart. I reported this to Evert du Plessis who is simpling ignoring my written complaints. The wall is bearly 6 year old and certainly has not stood the test of time as is the claim on their website. I wish I could post a photograph of the current state of this classy crete wall for all consumers and prospective clients to view the product only after 6 years.
