Builders Warehouse
Great thanks to staffs for finding my phone

I was at the Builder's warehouse on last Sunday 12 Jan 2013. I left my phone on the counter and only realize it after left the store. I ran back to the store, without know one of the lady already kept it way in the office room for me, I was running around trying to find the phone. The store has worked together trying to help me to find the phone. At that time there were at least 10 employees heard the stories, helping me searching around, making calls to see if anyone has seen it. One guy even went to check the monitoring camera in the safe room.

It took us 40 min before we found the lady who kept it away for us. The phone was safely returned. I just want to left a message here to thank all the employees in the store, for their great service and caring. I really appreciate it and I will highly recommend their customer service to everyone!
