I went to builders warehouse in polokwane in january 2013 looking for some building material and I ordered some special window and I told myself I will never buy in that store again as dispatch service is pathetic. Today I went there again I purchase some items total was R23455.I was looking for a door that was R6999.00 and I was told there is no stock as is a special products and Phungo was listening and I did not notice and he came to me and great me. He asked me to accompany to him to his office and he offered me a coffee and continue with his conversation on the phone and he hanged up the phone

He said Mr William your door will be delivered next week Thursday and I will personally phone you, On my way, home he phone to find out if I travelled safe and again he said to me if I need anything I must contact him.
