Refused to sell me a product for the price adverti

I went to Builders warehouse yesterday 29 Sep to buy garden goodies including a garden hose. Like always there was no one to assist me in the store so I went to info counter to check a price on a 25m garden hose. The lady that help me suggested I must rather buy the hoses on the front self that was on promotion. So I left the one I took and went to the promotion self and got another 25m hose there. I asked her if there is anymore 25m hoses for I need 2, she said that only the 20m is on promo and not the 25m that I found on the pile. She called the manager and he said he can not give me the 25m hose at the promo prise. I showed him that nowere on his promo board it says only 20m for R80 and that I want the 25m that I found in the promo pile for R80. He did no effort in assisting me and I left buying nothing that I came for. Your store is a mess, there is no help in the isles and the price I see is the price I pay. I need an explination why I was not assisted properly and was not givin my discount as advertised?
