We entererd into contract with these guys to build a house at an agreed costs and they never delivered and we paid them 98% of the contract price and now they have no funds to finish the Job. They are will take you for a ride and promise good job, proffessional insoections and finish on record time, they never archived either of the promises they made. They come work then they want. Basically these guys are a pain to work with, DON'T EMPLOY OR DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS.

tHEY DONT EVEN HAVE CASH FLOW, so they use your money to buy material, eat a bit of profit and again you give them money and they do the same thing... Our house is now standing not finished as a result, their names are Bongane Mahlori and Andile Buthelezi, just in case they trade under a new name. They calim to be registered with MBA and NHBRC and after our recerch, we found out they have been removed long time but they continue to use the logos on their invoices.

Stay away from these guys and i can tel you now we won't get pur money as you are dealing with here and they will you big time and they deny the agreement and they are stubborn...
