I ordered and paid for 2 laptops and 3 other items from the store manager Reinhardt van Zyl on Monday (15 April 2013) afternoon. I went into the store knowing exactly what I wanted and needed, so no sales persuasion was required from his side. He basically got handed the sale.

However they didn't have the 2nd laptop in stock so he promised that he would order it from and get it to me the next day. The next morning just after 8am as I am getting ready to prioritise my day I phone to ask the above mentioned person when I may collect. He told me he didn't know. I committed the great offence in asking for a commitment in time. Well the conversation went pear-shaped from there. I then chose to end the call and go and see this unprofessional person - in person.

We ended in a heated word match in his store where I had to beg him to give me my stuff so I could leave.

If you have no choice but to go and buy from them, don't expect professional service from the manager. The same store took 2 days and a call to head office later to give me a quote on software for the laptops I bought.

I am taking my business elsewhere. You should too.
Reinhardt need a job back in office.
