There is no send button

I live Hello Peter. It is a great service but the system does not show if a report was accepted.
As I write this I loom again and there is no send button on the [URL Removed] site
Does it send the report when I click clear form? Surely there is a better way than that?
Let's make this great site and service greater and easier to use.
I must admit I could use it much more but this part puts me off.
