First of all I would like to mention that the customer service is absolutely pathetic. Not mentioning the fact that when I first got my computer on account at Compuden they made a mistake by placing the account in the name of the company I work for instead of my own (even though I have previously bought products on account from them) and they made it out to be my fault. I signed a contract indicating that my debit order should go though on the 1st of every month. For the past few months the debit order only went through well after the 1st of the month (between the 4th and the 7th) but this month it went off on the 17th (today). I mean what kind of do they employ if they cannot even follow and comply to something as simple as that. I do not want a response from them, as it is already too late. Instead I am going to cancel the debit order at my bank seeing as they are too incompetent to do the job that they are being paid for.
