Ridicules labour Charges

I took my laptop in to be repaired at LaptopCity in Centurion. The part that was replaced was R42.00 but the labour to replace the R42.00 part was R416.00. This is the second time I took my laptop in at LaptopCity. I just think that the labour charges is ridicules especially when it was LaptopCity's fault for the part to be replaced. Kind warning to all, avoid LaptopCity in centurion at all costs because they will your wallet.
