Scratches on laptop lid after repairs

Took an immaculate condition laptop for keyboard replacement. Collected laptop with scratches on the lid after the keyboard was replaced. The staff was helpful and friendly and I was given discount on the labour, but that does not even come close to making up for the disappointment of receiving a laptop that was cared for and kept in pristine condition and is still under guarantee.

I will be reminded of that disappointment every time I use the laptop and see the scratches.
