I have to pay for factory fault

On friday 22 November I took my Fiat to the local dealer for repairs. It was found that the cowling of the fan was vibrating on the radiator causing a leak. Because my warranty expired in July 2013 fiat refuses to replace a damaged part that was clearly caused by a factory fault. They offered me a 30% discount on the part and the dealership offered 2 hours of free labour. Still the bill comes to over R5000 and the dealership is still charging me for 2.5 hrs of labour, I cant see how it takes 4.5hrs to replace a radiator. It is not fair that I should pay for anything caused by factory faults.
