Terrible service

Just called TVR computers on their JHB number. First time call was cut when the lady answered, second time got transferred by the same lady to the wrong department, and the guy was going to transfer me to sales but just put the phone down, and picked it up a minute later. Apologised and then transferred me to another lady who was laughing when picking up the call.

By then i had enough and put the phone down before she could speak. My first dealing with this place and if this was the response just trying to get from them a price to purchase Windows, i would rather not do business with them.

Totally unprofessional! Sad that they would lose clients like this...
