Transferred from one department to the othe

I was looking for prices on an electric wood planer and phoned four of their chain stores
In the first place i got transferred six times and still did not get a price from the place
This happend at all four places i phoned and the only one that could help me was the woodlands branch also after being transferred to hr
The average phone call time was about 8mins just to get or not even to get a price for one item

The branches that i contacted was
o Centurion
o Kempton
o Woodlands
o Zambezi

I will never in my life support you guys again because this is not the first time i have struggled with your call centres
Just as a fact i phoned chamberlains and got transferred once and got a price within 2 mins of them picking up the phone. One more thing the other day i went to builders at atterbury value mart with a material list of the reconfiguration of 26 flats the sum of all the material required was R400000 i gave the guys at the sales table the material list and was told that they cant give me a quote on all this material which surprised me as chamberlains, als hardware, carrims etc all jumped at the opertunity
