I contacted the call centre in a panic on sunday the 18th August as i was suspecting that someone had hacked into our business account due to the multiple sms that i was receiving requesting me to authorise a payment. An agent picked up but was very unhelpful and then transferred me to the call centre line again. I dropped the phone and dialled again and this time a lady by the name of Lucia picked up - WOW. i could not believe that Nedbank has someone of this calibre in their team, this is the kind of quality staff that should be serving your clients. The confidence and calmness in her voice gave me confidence that i was dealing with a pro. She took me step by step on what i should do and was very helpful. I am so impressed at the kind of service that i received from this lady. Unfortunately for me, the 1st one that picked up the phone is the kind of service that i am used to getting from Nedbank staff, not interested in helping and the sooner they can get rid of you on the phone or in-front of them the better. It was great dealing with someone who actually put MY needs 1st and make me feel like my call was important to them. Thank you so much Lucia, keep up the good work there!!!
