Pathetic service

I took my video camera to let me repair in rivonia about 4 1/2 ago and they said to me they will give me a quote within 7 days to see if i agree with the they will order the parts if i agree to the quote, till today i have not received a quote nor a call the last communiction from this guys was just an sms with my ref number. RN47819917 i always have to follow up and everytime i am being told the technicias is still looking at it, i mean if they cant fix it y not say unlike their sevirce is pathetic and they call centre are soo rude its not even funny..
