Overnight is not overnight?

I ordered a phone online through PC Components Sales & Service, and immediately queried stock holding. After numerous phonecalls and ETA promises, stock was confirmed approx 3 days later. A week and a bit thereafter - I am told that I will get the phone this Friday - which is almost 2 weeks after ordering with a fee of over R175 for overnight delivery. I have mailed and tried to call numerous times; and have queried whether I can be refunded the overnight charges; or receive the stock tomorrow as paid for (which is still extremely late). This representative is NOT customer service oriented and I want the business owner to know what his customers are experiencing. If Elroy is the owner - then he needs to know that with continued sales of this nature and such service - his business will dwindle.

I will not support this online trader again, as a result of this ridiculous transaction!
