I ordered goods from this establishment thinking they were reputable and since it was my anniversary I had communicated with them directly and paid an overnight fee to have the goods delivered as quickly as possible. After a number of follow ups pending banking transactions they apologised for the delay as i would not receive the goods in time. They even sent complimentary goods and waivered the overnight delivery fee stating that i should receive the goods in due course. 13 days later still no goods and after many unanswered call and unsuccessful emails the say they will only receive their stock on thursday/friday and that means i will get my purchase the next business day. There goes Valentines as well I guess... They show no commitment or responsibility and avoid responsibility. Useless and pathetic, People be warned if you want to order something from them order like 6 months in advance... just in case it might arrive late.
