Very Long story short, Postnet Grayston had closed for the day already on Saturday when I needed to pick up cricket tickets for my children. I managed (with the help of google) to track down the owner, Morris Harris.
Morris was in Rustenburg on sat. so being a couple of hours away, I would have thought, would have been a challenge to help me get these tickets, HOWEVER, he magically from miles away, made a plan, Morris called his colleagues and kept in touch with me every step of the way, updating me on the progress. He was professional, friendly and extremely efficient. Needless to say, my family and I got the tickets, and enjoyed my birthday and an awesome game of cricket on Sunday at wanderes. Morris even called to check if all went well and to wish me a happy birthday on Sunday morning.. I live in Kempton Park, so don't frequent grayston shopping centre as much, I now, however, will only ever do anything postal related with Postnet Grayston. THANK YOU MORRIS, you were beyond awesome.
