Chaos Computer Systems
Paid to back up data but they "lost" it all!

I delivered a PC to Chaos Computers in Kenilworth with the instruction to: Back up all data, install 2GB RAM, install Windows 7 Pro, Install Microsoft Office, replace all data.

They didnt back up the data. I collected the machine and when I got it back to the office the documents file was empty. I contacted them and they siad they forgot to back it up. I drove back to Chaos in Kenilworth, dropped off the machine, and then collected it again the next day. There was still no documents. They then informed me by telephone that they forgot to back it up and the documents are lost. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I use Chaos computers because they are supposed to be reputable and reliable. They are NOT. I have a huge problem now that thousands of documents have been lost and Chaos will not claim responsibility.
