I submitted my PS3 at Reggies for CSC to collect it. The PS3 had problems reading disks.

First issue was the courier costs as I e-mailed Shaun prior sending it to find out what it would cost me to get only a quote and reject their quote.

I quote from his e-mail: "We would need to take a look before we can give you a quote, if you don't accept the quote it just be R80.00."

When I got the quote it was a whole other story.

I quote from the terms and conditions received: "The R80.00 collection and R80.00 delivery fee, the total of R160.00 is only payable if quotes are rejected". NOT as Shaun stated in his previous e-mail, anyhow I accepted the quote.

They returned the console in about 3 weeks time. Disappointment awaited back home as the PS3 still won't read any disks and additional problems was also now occurring, the PS3 takes forever to start-up and if you eventually get to your home screen it continuously freeze and become unresponsive, after some patience it works again but then again freezes (NONE of these problems existed prior the repairs.)

I am extremely disappointed with the service, did e-mail them but I am still awaiting their reply. Will keep you posted.
