Last week we called Walter Jonker and ordered a notebook, Walter gave us an eta of Friday. Friday we called and we were informed that the stock would only arrive Monday or Tuesday. Yesterday we called and were told that they are not getting stock in after all. I have had this conversation with you on numerous accations where we order stock and you don't have it. Due to your pathetic service I closed my online shop. Now you are causing harm to our company and making fools of us at our customers. I have already forbidden one of my companies to buy from you so please tell your sales staff and especially your useless product managers to wake up as we would gladly take our business elsewhere.
