Unauthorised billing

Hi team i have complained about this company before and they are billing me again i went to MTN today and they unsubscribed me from the company but i lost lots of airtime to them i want me airtime or money back .i think this time i want to go to the police station and open a case of internet... i did not sign up for any of this online... please help me guys
