Bought product in stock&still waiting4it 2week l8

I bought 2 of the same products online, site said it was in stock and will take max 4 days to deliver. I needed it by day 5 as it was a gift to a friend who was leaving the city. Promise after promise it's been 11 days since I've placed my order and I'm still waiting for it. Every time I am promised a call back nothing happens and I end up having to call to find out why my order has not yet arrived.

Today I was told I could pick up one of them and after driving there I was turned away because it was not kept aside for me and was now no longer available.

Spoke to the manager to sort this out and for all the stress they caused me and the time spent fighting with them. All they could offer me was that I could pay in more money to get a product they did have in stock or my money back - guess which option I chose!

I own an IT company and I am appalled at this useless level of service. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again nor endorse them in any way.
