Unable to contact a telecommunications company!

I applied for my iPhone 5 upgrade mid December at the V&A Waterfront branch. Like many others I have been awaiting stock which I understand is not MTN's fault. What is their fault is there inability to communicate the status of the upgrade or even to provide a reliable method of contact other than in person. The [URL Removed] site lists their contact details as 083 869 1550 (this number is never answered and there's no voicemail!) and their e-mail address as: [Email Removed] which when mailed bounces back as not in service.
The Waterfront's website lists another cell number for contact (also doesn't work) and this e-mail address: [Email Removed] from which I can't get a response. I have mailed via the website and had an automated response but as yet no response from something with a pulse. Judging by the list of complaints on this site and lack of supplier responses I believe I'm only writing this for my own sanity and don't expect any response from MTN. What a waste of time.
