Customers complain for but suppliers must pay

You as a customer can complain and moan all you want with absolutely no repercussions. Whether it be the truth or a lie/twisted truth from a high maintenance client. As a supplier you get a bad name and to redeem yourself as a company you have to pay to answer the customer. It is just another money making scheme.
