Nothing gets done when reporting a supplier

Why don't The suppliers fix the problems people complain about? What's the use of posting a report or complaint if nothing gets done about it. I'm sure I'm not the only person with this problem. Please step up & name & shame these suppliers that ripoff people. I would really like some feedback!
