I was told my policy is invalid, I had to pay a vendor from my pocket & as a result I lodged a complaint on the 14 Nov 13 @ 12:16 with customer Care, asking that someone get in touch with me asap to discuss. on the 20 Nov 13. I sent an addition to the complaint and asked to be contacted ASAP and to date I have had 1 response from claims (Riyad Baron) which in no way has sorted out my complaint. I am still waiting for feedback despite the fact that I have delivery and read receipts for both complaints! An extract from my last email (which someone read) "Come on guys, this is now ridiculous... incomplete service, no response... Where is your sense of pride in your brand? Will I have to post my complaint on Facebook, twitter and Hellopeter before I get some sort of response? "
And the answer is a RESOUNDING YES, yet again the only way I get service and Feedback from Standard Bank is to post a complaint on this site. It is a very sad truth.
I have to remind you that you are not providing a service to me for free! As it seems to me that you think that you are doing me some kind of favor and that I can wait, because the honest truth is that to you I am not a customer, I am a number!
