Pathetic Service and no feedback or response

I ordered a laptop for next day delivery on 20 December.
First they could not verify payment - a rule they have to phone the customer even when payment went through successfully, but nobody phoned and they did not provide feedback either that there was a problem. Extremely when asked about this.
Now the laptop that was showed as in stock is discontinued and no feedback or response re a replacement.
Today is 9 January - 3 weeks later and still no response by email. The call center puts me on hold and then never gets back - waited 10 minutes before hanging up several times.

Think twice before using this outlet - they have no integrity.
