I switched to these guys in February of this year. I paid R150 to move my domain to them and I was switched in late Feb, early March. I have not received a call or email from them since. This morning, my emails stopped working. When I called the call-centre to find what had happened, I was inofrmed that the domain was de-resitered this morning because of an outstanding account. This is wrong for several reasons -1. The account was pre-paid before I switched it or it would not have been activated.. 2. I have received no account or notification by email, phoen, fax or carrier pidgeon for that matter to inform there was an issue with the account. I find it strange that 9 months later they see fit to de-register without warning or notification. Now when I try to transfer my domain to another host, I am told that I owe R177 to Afrihost and they won't release my domain until then. I am being held hostage here and it is unacceptable. This is my business account and I am losing money because of this
