I recently purchased a graphics card from wootware and since it was only last night I ordered and paid I still contacted the customer live chat support and they were nothing but helpful. I saw a complaint on the website and I have also read it but I disagree with that person I must say because the customer support was very helpful, unfortunately it seems that yes there are a few rude people in any company but does not mean that all the wootware customer support agents are bad, I would highly recommend ordering from wootware, very helpful and very safe to use
