RIP off

I went into the iFIX store and advised that my iPhone was not allowing me to hear people when to call. I explained that when I change to speaker phone, it is fine - I can hear the caller.

They advised that it would take 1 week, audio IC problem and that it would cost R1000.

When. I asked why, they said had to b sent away.

I said will check and revert later.

Immediately went to another repair store iRepair in the same mall and 30minutes and R350 later phone was repaired. When I approached manager at iFIX, all he could say that is what they charge
