Boot Tray

I purchased a Kia Soul in 2013 from a Faheem Mathews. He promised to fit my boot tray and he had one made and it was too big., then he did nothing...

I complained to the Manager and he then brought me another boot tray and it was too small!!!

Then he left the company!

I then spoke to Duncan Scott who also made promised and did not keep it. He then referred me to a man named Godfrey and I still got no joy.

I then went to the branch and Spoke to Godfrey and he said that Duncan Scot has left and a Mr Louw is the man who will help me.

I spoke to Mr Louw and once again he made promises and has not kept it!!!

All I want is my boot tray!!!
