Very Rude Manager!!!

I had been a very happy & regular CM client before relocating to JHB last year & was thrilled that you had opened a branch around the corner from me in Cradlestone Mall. Esp. since I was in need of assistance with my PC purchased from CM in Canal Walk. On phoning the Cradlestone branch I was told by the lady that the technical division was not yet open however she was extremely helpful & offered much needed advice on how I should go about sorting the problem on my own. I was thrilled to hear that I was receiving the same friendly & helpful service that I knew. I called again for further assistance as I was making progress but just needed to be guided in the right direction, the lady was not available to help me again but the gentleman that did was super as well. However when I called again my call with the lady was interrupted by the extremely rude & aggressive manager that told me that he could not allow his staff to give me free assistance & that I was waisting his time. I apologize that your technical division is not yet open. I apologize that I waisted your time. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to experience top notch service at Matrix Warehouse in Cradlestone Mall.
