Unprofessional Manage

I am totally disgusted at the service I received from the CENTURION branch of Matrix Warehouse on Sunday, 20 October 2013. I have been a loyal customer of Matrix Warehouse and have always received awesome service from the branch in Sunnypark Mall and expected the same from the CENTURION. Due to my pc being struck by lightning, I was forced to go to the branch in Centurion Mall since time was a factor. I took my pc along for the technicians to look at what needed to be replaced and was willing to spend any amount of money to get it back up and running. However, I was met with unhelpful, unwilling, attitude from the store manager by the name of STEPHAN.When asked for his assistance from a co-worker, all this fool could tell me after glancing at my pc for 2 seconds was "IT'S STUKKEND! "... like I didn't know that!! However, he was quick to run to the assistance of fellow "white" customers while leaving us "non-whites" to queue and wait for this unprofessional "manager" to grace us with an appearance. I eventually left and gave my hard earned, non-white money to Incredible Connection. Even though I know I overpaid, it was worth it for the friendly and helpful service I received
