Paid for service not rendered

I went to Nandos at Cradlestone mall the lady called Tume served us very well and we were getting take aways since i had my few months old baby i sat down waiting for my orders, we paid tipped her well and left. to my horror when i got home our order was not complete. we order 2 1/4 chicken meals and the only thing we had was 1 1/4 chicken and bread rolls, not sure what happened to the other chicken and the chips. I was so irritated as with a small baby i cant keep going up and down to the store. however i called and spoke to the manager who was not really that helpful, the more i tell him what was ordered he kept telling me different orders and kept saying he is sorry. fact is his apology didnt give me my food i was so irritated. It was a waste of my airtime since i spend so much time on the phone with him and it was a waste of my money and waste of my petrol. It was not easy for me to go back and screem at them as my baby was sleeping that time. Im so irritated i paid for the the food i didnt get and the incompetent manager couldnt help but tell me he is sorry. What the is this do they always want us to scream for them to jump and fix the mess they created. Im upset
