Worst service and bad attitudes

I did not give all the names because this is not the first time!!! Yesterday (16December 2013) we went to cradelstone mall to watch a movie the service was so bad that all the people were complaining! No card services for the second time and the Lady that helped me (Pearl) had such a bad attitude! When we wanted to make sure about a special she said "yes its there cant you see it". And she took the order. When she gave me my coke there wasn't any ice in it, it was a hot day! When I asked for ice she said "I'm very busy the machine is cold enough". So I said no its hot I please want ice! She went to the back and got ice and with an attitude she took the coke and then was so spiteful. Giving me more ice than coke just to me off even more! I was not happy! With this bad service we waited an HOUR to be helped and made us 10min late for the movie! I didn't say anything the firts time because it was a new mall but it doesn't give the staff a reason to be rude!! Even at a busy mall like clearwater the service was good so cradlestone needs to do something because I'm not the only one complaining
