HR department - never available

I have been struggling since last week Tuesday to get hold of someone in the HR department, to help in connection with an urgent matter concerning one of EOH's staff members. The phone was not answered once, in fact, I have still not been able to get hold of anyone there. Way to support and take care of your own staff when they need you most. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of service and responsibility. From EOH's side.
