MOST unprofessional business eve

I checked with DC Connect on coverage in my area. I will not call names but the guy I worked with was very helpful at first. my flatmate was at home during the week for dc connect to do their signal test. I organized with the guy to bring blank contracts with as I was unable to print sign and send it back to him. The guy agreed that he will send it with the technician when he come for the signal test. The next week, my flatmate phone in again on Wednesday and the guy told him that he first had to go in to sign the contract before they will come out for the signal test after arrangements were made! My flatmate drove all the way to town to sign the contract and a week later still nothing have happened. no tests, no installations no mails, nothing!! in fact I mailed the guys a couple of time and was ignored. on Thursday the week after this, my flatmate phoned the guys again an he was informed that they will not be supporting us because his boss said that they are no longer going to do small clients. "THE BOSS" did know about our request as he told the guy that we should have signal in our district

I will not reccommend this company to anyone that care the least bit about any service
