No service!

On Saturday the 16th of March we went to the wonderpark game looking to buy a PSP for a very ill little boy.
After about 15 minutes of wondering around the isle loooking for someone to help we approached the ladies sitting at the desk in the electrnic department, she then pointed us to another lady who when we asked her for help she said that she is busy with another customer and we must wait. We waited a further 10 minutes but she did not come back so we looked for someone else to assist. We then found a man standing around but he said that he is not in that department and he cannot help.
We ended up leaving the store without anything that we had intended on purchasing!!
This wasted much of our time!
I am appalled by the fact that there seems to be a lack of interest by the staff to assist or a lack of staff.
