No Service & Arrogance of staff

I received a game in December 2012 for a Christmas present (bought from them) & when I went to complain now, they are not prepared to help.
The staff gave me a number to phone, where no one answers. Then they suggest I use cleaner, but are unable to demonstrate. They do not want to replace the game.
