Efused a refund at Game!!

November 2012 we bought a Genesis Hydro vac at Game on special for R1599.00. Last week I picked the cleaner up and the piece that holds the clip just broke off so now I can't secure the motor to the base! I took the cleaner back to Game where I purchased it and made it clear that I do not want another Genesis and told the manager there that I want my money back but they refuse to refund me and told me that they have to send the cleaner to Joburg where they can assess it and decide whether I get my money back or not! I live in Witbank and the cleaner was bought at Game Highveld Mall! I was told that the guaranty only covers the motor! Right now I am sitting without a vacuum cleaner and I am livid!!
