Serious bad attitude

So I had a specific query on a game and all I get is a serious bad attitude and after asking the guy several times if we cant make a plan to find out if its the right game he just says no and no exchanges if it is not the right game.

If you guys want to run a proper bussiness and actually make money I suggest getting rid of some people or have a serious talk with your staff, BT games eastgate wont see me again.
